Is it "Fallout: New Vegas", or "Fallout New Vegas"?

Anyway, no we are not dead, yes people (however few) still roam the forums here, and we couldn't even begin to keep up with NMA or the Fallout Wiki on the new news so I'll just point you to them for all your Fallout News.

However with the first teaser trailer for New Vegas up and all the subsequent talk and speculation out there I though we had to at least acknowledge it with a news post. Also this gives me a chance to point out that we have a new Fallout New Vegas forum section so head on in and give us your thoughts on the next Fallout Game.

Official site for Fallout New Vegas

Cause its full of jackass's? All the mods there are pricks, only one of them seemed to not be. Sides its a wikia, you cant take them seriously. There all run by kids and 40 year olds in that live in their moms basement playing games and watching anime.

I still can't grasp how you have meet and talked to people on the wikia. I've gone there since F3 was released and I haven't spoken to a soul there

I still cannot take Bethesdanwhatvererian games as anything else then very good oblivion mods in the fallout universe.

Mort is saying that he can only see Fallout 3 as a very fancy Oblivion MOD not as a stand alone game.

Fallout 3 may have the same engine, but the two games play very differently.

Nah past, Fallout 3 is better. Though it could have used more stuff, so do most games. New Vegas can't compare to the shine of Fallout 3.

F3 has a lot of awesome mods as well. I've never played F:NV though.

It's ok, but you can't keep playing after beating the game and enemies are few and far between if your a good guy. There is a good amount of quest's, and all are basically go here give him this, go here get this do that come back now go here. And once your have done all the quest's, it's just boring as fuck.

Sounds boring. I'll stick with F3.

I suppose it is, but the Fallout series should have lots to do outside the main quest and allow you to play after you finish it. Random spawns always help too.

Only Fallout 2 had that function. F1 ended, F3 ended, F:NV ends. Big deal? Not at all.

Edit: F:NV has tons of things to do outside the MQ. I haven't gone with the MQ at all on my current char and I'm up at 50 hours or something.

Agreed...

...also enemies re spawn into areas in New Vegas. New Vegas has a way more authentic Fallout feel to it, F3 came really close but NV feels like a true sequel to 1 and 2 in my opinion. There are just as many if not more mods for NV as F3 and just because you can't play past the main quest doesn't ruin the game. You should be going out and doing everything you can before starting the final quest anyway. (The way NV ends it makes sense that it ends and you don't get to keep playing)

Trust me, NV is just as good if not better (better as far as I'm concerned) that F3 and deserves to be played, all true Fallout fans would get it and play it at least once (make that twice, three times...)
