In Tactics, the Reaver Male graphics are corrupt. As a result, the reaver is unable to fire a rocket launcher while standing. Downloading this file and extracting it over the original ReaverMale2.SPR file in the game folder will fix this problem. The reaver male will then be able to use the rocket launcher while standing. The awesome Fallout Tactics modder, Dak, has hacked the Redviewer utility. Now, it is possible to create animated sprites. The new tool is incredible and can be used to add new vehicles and creatures to Fallout Tactics assuming that a modder is good at using 3d graphics programs.
